完全不同於目前主流後搖滾風格的創作，聽起來倒是有幾分King Crimson前衛搖滾的味道，如果說Mono或是空中爆炸的音樂會有故事劇情產生，那Tortoise這張專輯所延伸出來的畫面應該會是如同達利的作品般扭曲而超現實的。
